We've finally made it. After all of the work, and a few coffees along the way, we have some fantastic freshly roasted coffee ready to go. A huge thanks to everyone for their great ideas and work in getting to this stage. Coffee Drinks Explained

One of the more common questions we get asked relates to the different coffee drinks. It seems to be an ever growing list and, for this exercise, I'll explain the most common types of coffee served and save boring you about brew methods on this post or going into detail on the amount of coffee and liquid used for each type. New Marine Litter Report Reveals Extent of Plastic Pollution on Northern Ireland’s Beaches

The 2017 Marine Litter Report, published today by Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful, has laid bare the state of our beaches in Northern Ireland when it comes to the litter landing on our shores. The organisation began these surveys in 2012, with an average of 510 items of litter being found per 100m of beach between then and now. An astonishing 79% of this litter was made of plastic, a figure that rises to 82% when you look at the 2017 data in isolation. Incredibly, 30% of the litter was a 'single use plastic', so called because the item is used once and then thrown away. GREAT PACIFIC GARBAGE PATCH GROWING RAPIDLY, STUDY SHOWS

Delft, the Netherlands, March 22, 2018 - 1.8 trillion pieces of plastic weighing 80,000 metric tons are currently afloat in an area known as the Great Pacific Garbage Patch - and it is rapidly getting worse. These are the main conclusions of a three year mapping effort conducted by an international team of scientists affiliated with The Ocean Cleanup Foundation, six universities and an aerial sensor company. Their findings were published today in the journal Scientific Reports.
