The main reason that we are members of the Specialty Coffee Association is their overriding goal to spread the knowledge of great coffee! Whether this is through entering any of the competitions they oversee, or by hosting training events throughout the year. So it shows our commitment to continually improve our knowledge and skill in providing the best coffee to our customers.
They organise and run the national coffee competitions that lead into the World Championships and organise and run events to inform, educate and bring together the UK coffee community.
The competitions are not only a great way to learn but also about meeting other people in the UK's ever-growing coffee community and forging great new friendships and contacts.
The SCA UK chapter is an association with a growing number of members - people like you, who are looking for coffee excellence. Members come from all areas of the coffee industry, from machine manufacturers to roasters, cafe owners and ancillary suppliers.
