Some of our customers have been asking us to come along to some of the Artisan Food Fairs which are increasingly common along the Causeway Coast. As we've never run our own market stall before it was an exciting challenge to show off our products, answer questions from some very keen coffee lovers and support local shops/restaurants where our coffee is available.
We started at this year's Salmon and Whiskey Festival on 8th and 9th June which was a huge success. There were a huge range of specialist artisan producers with a wide variety of products available. I'm not sure either Chris or myself realised how popular this event would be but it was great to meet some of our coffee subscribers who have been getting their coffee delivered to their door. We also got a chance to catch up with some of the guests who had been to the Bushmills Banquet.
Following the Salmon and Whiskey Festival we attended the Danny Boy Jazz Festival Artisan Market in Limavady on Saturday 15th June. Another great event with some lovely customers and friendly chats about everything coffee. We also got to support one of our local stockists at Marshall Howe on Market Street. I think we sent a few new fans their way.
