We created this custom roast for The Old Bushmills Distillery to compliment the tasting notes of their fabulous whiskeys. The cask tasting notes match those, primarily, of their Blackbush whiskey with hints of blackcurrant and cherry notes finishing with a smooth honey bourbon sweetness. As with their whiskey this coffee is rich and intense but has a smooth finish with a nice balance of acidity.
