This is our latest coffee due to be released on Friday 3rd May. It's from the Santa Ana region of El Salvador and has a rich first impression developing to a smooth chocolatey butterscotch finish with notes of peanut brittle as it cools.
Brighid (Pronounced: Bridget) derived from the Gaelic noun 'brigh' meaning power, strength, vigor and virtue. This coffee celebrates St Brigid the often forgotten patroness saint of Ireland celebrated with the new Bank Holiday on 1st February in the Republic of Ireland.
