This microlot is from an Heirloom variety and hails from the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe in Ethiopia. With those credentials you know it's going to be a sensational coffee especially with notes of vibrant lemon fruitiness, jasmine, black tea, and creamy toffee sweetness.
This microlot is a washed coffee which delivers a clean, tea-like body with intense floral notes of jasmine and honeysuckle finishing with a crisp citrus fruit.
