Saba (pronounced Saba, also known as Sadhbh pronounced Saev)
This is our very special decaf coffee. It's a single origin bean from the Antigua region of Guatemala. It has tastes of nutmeg and cloves as well as some citrus notes. We love this as a flat white but it's equally at home without milk. We hope you enjoy.
We named Saba after another of Fionn MacCool's wives. It is commonly held that Saba (meaning sweet and lovely) was Fionn MacCool's favourite wife. Irish mythology tells us she was turned into a Doe for refusing another warrior's love (Fer Doirich, “Dark Man”) but, after three years, became a beautiful girl again when she met Fionn MacCool.
Bring back the beauty in your coffee drinking with this blend. You’ll surely want another!
