Brighid (pronounced Bridget) is a single-origin coffee grown in the Santa Ana region of El Salvador. This medium-dark roast has a rich first impression, developing to a smooth chocolatey butterscotch finish with notes of peanut brittle as it cools.
The name Brighid is derived from the Gaelic noun brigh meaning power, strength, vigour and virtue; it also means exalted one. This coffee celebrates both the ancient Irish goddess of fire, poetry and wisdom, and Saint Brigid, the patroness saint of Ireland.
