This light and crisp single origin coffee comes all the way from Peru. It has a sweet taste with a light citrus flavour which progresses to a smooth fruity caramel finish. It's great as a filter coffee but can also be brewed as an espresso.

This coffee was easier to name than most as Aine was one of the wives of Fionn Mac Cool of The Giant's Causeway fame. It's an ancient Irish name from the noun aine which means “splendor, radiance, brilliance." As well as being one of the wives of Fionn Mac Cool the queen of the Munster fairies was also called Aine. The name Aine is connected with fruitfulness and prosperity.
